Each assessment will consider all aspects, beginning with documentary data audit; progressing to physical inspection to determine the level of management, suitability, performance, and operating characteristics of the system, to give you the comprehensive information required to maintain a safe, professionally managed compliant system of control.

All findings are documented in the report using clear format, with any non-conformances prioritized with appropriate timescales for remediation. Every risk assessment will make reasonable, proportionate recommendations, which are designed to be achievable.

Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, COSHH 2002

These Regulations require employers to make a suitable and sufficient assessment of the risks from any work liable to expose employees to any substance hazardous to health, before that work is conducted (including legionella bacteria).

Employers are also required to assess the risks to other people not in their employment who may be affected by the work activity. They are also required to regularly review the risk assessment, and make any necessary changes as a result of the review.
